Opportunity East Prospectus launched at UKREiiF 2025
The Opportunity East Investment Prospectus was officially launched at UKREiiF 2025, bringing together public and private sector partners from across the East of England to champion the region as one of the UK’s most compelling investment opportunities.
Led by the East of England APPG’s Inward Investment Working Group, chaired by Jack Abbott MP, the prospectus presents a bold, investor-ready vision for the region—highlighting our contribution to national growth, food and energy security, and global leadership in life sciences, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, agri-tech, and digital innovation.
Backed by Local Government East, Chambers East and Kanda Consulting, and coordinated by White Hawk Green, Opportunity East includes eight high-potential projects seeking private investment, from Chesterford Research Park and Greater Brookfield in Hertfordshire, to the Portman Road Redevelopment in Ipswich and Station Gateway in Stevenage .
Together these projects represent more than £4 billion in value and reflect the region’s broader strengths: a dynamic innovation ecosystem, strategic transport connectivity, and an ambitious pipeline of development. This is the first edition of the East of England Investment Prospectus and lays the groundwork for an even wider programme of investor engagement.
